By working hand in hand with our client base we aim to achieve greater openness and accountability. Increased feedback from our clients positive and negative assists us in achieving a cost effective and responsive service, which in turn helps us to improve the services we provide and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.

    Process:
  • Instruction received from Client on our bespoke SCI account system
  • Instruction accepted within 15 min of receiving
  • 1st attempted contract to policy holder within 30 min of instruction acceptance
  • If contact is made then the inspection is arranged to be carried out within 24hours of 1st contact subject to policy holders acceptance
  • If no contact is made 5 further attempts will be made to contact the policy holder over the next 24 hour period , all attempted contacts are logged for the clients viewing on the SCI account system
  • If contact is made then again, the inspection is arranged to be carried out within 24hours of contact subject to policy holders acceptance
  • All conversations and notes are logged on to our SCI account system for the clients viewing
  • If no contact is possible after 6 attempts then a postal letter is then issued and the client is informed on our SCI account system
  • Upon achieving contact and undertaking the inspection the policy holder is then left with an information sheet on asbestos to ensure peace of mind on the works carried out
  • The bulk sample is then taken to our network of approved UKAS accredited laboratories for analyst
  • Results are then returned and uploaded to our SCI account system for the clients information within a maximum of 48 hours
  • The whole process , subject to the policy holders agreement is under taken and completed within a 72 hour window frame
